Analysis of a maloperation of relay protection caused by multiplex carrier system

在500kV超高压系统中,复用载波机作为线路主保护的纵联通道设备,得到了广泛的应用。结合保护动作情况、事件的各种记录和事后的实验分析数据,分析了一起由于复用载波机误发信引起保护误动的原因,同时探讨了相应的防范措施。

Multiplex carrier system is well used to transmit high-frequency signal in main relay protection for 500kV power lines in extra-high voltage electric power grid. A typical relay protection maloperation caused by multiplex carrier system is described. Combined with the action of the relay protection, various records of the accident and the experiment data, this paper analyses the reasons of the accident. Meanwhile, the precautionary measures are also presented.
