摘要
采用恒阻放电的方法使LR03碱锰电池正负极同时产生弱极化,使用铂丝作参比电极和Arbin电池测试仪跟踪记录极化数据及极化曲线。在较优的工艺配方条件下,检测了不同正负极及电解液的加入量对LR03电池电性能的影响及正负极极化曲线的变化趋势。并在电池有效容积恒定的情况下,尽量增加电池中活性物质的填充量,设计出合理匹配的电极容量以指导实际生产出性能优良的LR03碱锰电池,同时避免了不必要的材料过剩,降低了成本。
The LR03 alkaline Zn-MnO2 batteries were discharged with constant load, which resulted in weak polarization in both the positive and negative electrodes of the batteries at the same time. Using platinum thread as the reference electrode, and with the Arbin instruments, the polarization data and curves were recorded. Under the condition of optimized technics formula, the effects of different positive electrode, negative electrode and electrolyte quantity on the electrical performance, and the changing tendency of the polarization curves were tested. The active electrode materials were increased as much as possible while the valid volume of batteries remained constant. By working out suitable electrode capacity, we can produce excellent alkaline Zn-MnO2 batteries with super performance, and avoid wasting materials and decrease cost at the same time.
