Allocation of Labor Resources in Developed Countries: Characteristics and Enlightenment

劳动力资源作为第一资源其配置效果受到各国的高度重视,尤其是发达国家在劳动力资源配置的效果方面显得十分有效。尽管各国的文化历史背景及政府在劳动市场中扮演的角色不甚相同,但是从各国劳动资源配置的制度演变及特点上,还是可以看到他们的一些相似之处和可以借鉴的地方。这些特点或许能对我国劳动市场上劳动力资源的有效配置提供一些帮助和启示。

As the first resources, labor resource is emphasized in foreign countries, especially in developed ones. In spite of their different cultural and historical backgrounds and different roles their governments play in labor market, developed countries are similar in institution transforming and characteristics of labor distribution, which serves as reference. These characteristics may be beneficial and helpful for our allocation of labor resources in our labor market.
