2003～2004年中国经济运行失衡原因探析

2 0 0 3年我国出现了 116 8亿美元顺差和 2 6 .7%的大幅度投资增长 ,尽管中央银行提高了准备率 ,在年底之前使投资增长回落 ,但 2 0 0 4年前两个月投资骤然增长 5 3% ,通货膨胀明显加速。显然 ,经济运行已经大大偏离了均衡状态。MF -AD模型分析表明 ,2 0 0 3年造成我国经济偏离均衡状态有五大原因 :IS曲线的右移 ;AD曲线的结构性弯曲 ,存贷差导致LM曲线倾斜 ,国际贸易顺差和资本流入渠道的畅通使BP曲线不穿过LM和IS的交点。 2 0 0 4年这些原因虽有些变动 ,但总的背景和发展趋势没变 。

In 2003 there was 116.8 billion dollars favorable balance and an investment increase of 26.7%. Though the Central Bank advanced the preparation rate, there was an abrupt rise of 53% in investment in the first two months of 2004. Thus economy maintenance deviates greatly from balance. MF-AD model analysis shows five causes may account for this.
