摘要
振兴东北老工业基地是我国经济发展与改革中面临的重大战略问题 ,借鉴各国政府介入国有企业的方式方法 。
To boost northeast old industrial base is a significant strategic problem. New thinking and countermeasures concerning system can be obtained to help solve this problem, with lessons learned from other countries' ways of intervening in state-owned enterprises.
