摘要
各国对农产品价格的保护带来了农产品市场竞争力的严重削弱。乌拉圭谈判中农业协议提出,各国政府应改变对本国农产品的价格支持而实行“绿箱”措施,应加强对本国农业保护政策的调整。从管理体制和支持结构上看,我国加入WTO后在农业保护政策上应该加以调整。
The agriculture negotiating agreement of Uruguay put forward that all countries governments should change the price support to their own countries agricultural products but carry out the 'Green Box' measures. We should adjust agriculture protection policy after our country entered WTO.
