鸡传染性法氏囊病分子流行病学研究

摘要 15个江苏省IBDV分离株,对其VP2高变区进行RT-PCR扩增、测序,得到约560bp长的片段。分析比较15个IBDV分离株与参考毒株的VP2高变区(AccI-SpeI)推断的氨基酸序列,构建进化树。氨基酸序列分析以及进化树分析表明,15个IBDV分离株是超强毒株。而且目前vvIBDVs在亚洲各个国家流行,且与欧洲国家的vvIBDVs的进化关系很近。 Fifteen IBDV isolates from Jiangshu province and some reference strains were involved in the experiments. Sequences of 560bp that contain VP2 gene were amplified by reverse transcriptase-polymerase, and sequenced. The deduced amino acid sequences of the 15 isolates were compared to the reference sequences with the aid of DNAstar software and phylogenetic tree analyses were performed.Sequences comparison and phylogenetic analyses indicates the studied isolates belong to vvIBDVs, and they were prevalent in Asia and were similar to vvIBDVs in Europe.
