摘要
该文在研究传统的级联多电平、传统混合级联多电平以及二级管钳位级联多电平变换器的基础上提出了一种新型的混合二极管钳位级联多电平变换器,这种新型变换器是将具有不同直流母线电压的多个二极管钳位多电平变换器进行级联,输出电压是将这些变换器的输出电压进行矢量相加而合成的。通常,开关速度较快的器件(如IGBT)的耐压值和耐压值较高的器件(如GTO)的开关速度都是有局限性的,新型变换器包含高压模块和低压模块,这使得IGBT和GTO协同工作在一起成为可能。本文对三相拓扑结构进行仿真分析,从仿真结果可以看出,新型变换器可以输出更高的电压,并且输出电压和电流的波形质量也将有进一步改善。
A novel hybrid diode-clamp cascade multilevel converter (HDCMC) is presented in this paper. The new concept of the converter is based on connection of multiple diode-clamp converter modules with different dc bus voltages. Normally, the voltage blocking capability of faster devices such as IGBT and the switching speed of high voltage devices like GTO are found to be limited. With the novel topology consisting of higher voltage modules and lower voltage modules, realization of multilevel converters using a hybrid approach involving GTO and IGBT operating in synergism is possible. A detailed example is given. Simulation validation is also carried out. From the simulation results, the novel converter can produce higher voltage as well as better output voltage and current waveforms.
