摘要
提出一种快速重构金属材料中裂缝面形状的新方法。该方法用三次样条插值函数模拟裂缝面边界,使裂缝面形状的识别转变为三次样条参数的确定,这一方法不但极大地减少了重构裂缝的时间,而且能够用于识别较复杂的裂缝剖面。对多种不同裂缝面形状的重构计算,证明了这一方法的正确性和高效性。
A method for identifying the profile of a crack in metallic materials is proposed using signals obtained from eddy current testing (ECT). The crack profiles are represented by spline functions, so the profile identification is transformed into optimizing the parameters of spline function. The method makes the representation of the complex profiles easier and the computational time can be reduced greatly. Four different cracks are estimated. Good agreement is found between the optimal profiles and actual shapes.
