摘要
从地理信息系统(GIS)的组成和功能出发,探讨了GIS在城市交通管理和交通管理信息系统开发中的应用特点和建立城市交通管理信息系统的必要性,提出了基于GIS的城市交通管理信息系统的结构框架和系统设计开发思路.
According to the constitution and function of GIS, we discuss its application characteristics in the development of city traffic management information system and the necessity to establish the system, and offer a logic frame structure and an idea of system design of GIS-based traffic management information system as well.
