摘要
淤地坝在治理黄土高原水土流失、改善当地群众生产生活条件及生态环境建设中发挥了极其重要的作用。对不同侵蚀强度区骨干坝单坝控制面积指标、骨干坝的建坝顺序、骨干坝与中小型坝的配置、旧坝改建与加固中常见问题的处理原则进行了探讨。
Warping dams have played extremely important functions in controlling soil and water loss of the Loess Plateau and improving the living and production conditions of the local people and ecological environment. The paper approaches control area indexes of a single key dam, construction sequence of key dams, configuration of key dams and medium and small-sized dams and handling principles of common issues in old dam rebuilding and strengthening for different erosion intensity regions.
