葛根素联合低分子肝素治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效分析

STUDY OF CURATIVE EFFECTS OF PUERARIN INJECTION COMBINED NADROPARIN CALCIUM IN PATIENTS WITH UNSTABLE ANGINA PERCTORIS

目的 观察葛根素注射液 (PI)联合低分子肝素 (LMWH)治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效及安全性。方法 将12 2例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为 3组 ,3组均给予常规治疗 ,PI组 (4 0例 )加用葛根素 (PI) 5 0 0mg ,静滴 ,1/d ,疗程 14d ,LMWH组 (4 1例 )加用低分子肝素 (LMWH) 4 10 0IU皮下注射 ,1次 / 12h ,共用 7d ,PI +LMWH组 (4 1例 ) ,同时加用PI.LMWH ,疗程同上。 14d后分别观察 3组治疗前后的心绞痛发作率、心电图和血清总胆固醇 (TC)、低密度脂蛋白 (LDL)等。结果 葛根素联合低分子肝素能有效缓解症状 ,改善心电图疗效 ,心肌耗氧量明显下降 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 葛根素联合低分子肝素治疗不稳定型心绞痛安全、有效。

Objective To observe the curative effects of puerarin injection(PI)combined nadroparin cacium (LMWH)in patients with unstable angina peetoris. Methods 122 cases with unstable angina pectoris were rangomly divided into 3 groups,which were treated with conventional therapy for all,PI group(n=40)were performed PI 500mg.VD.Per day,LMWH group(n=41)were performed LMWH 4 100 IU.IH.Per 12 hours,and PI+LMWH group(n=41)were performed both PI and LMWH.14 days was a therapeutic course for 3 groups,but LMWH can only be used for 7 days.After therapy course,the curative effects were observed.The changes in seizure frequency of angina pectoris,electrocardiogram on rest,TC and LDL else in 3 groups before and after therapy were compared. Results PI Combined LMWH were effective on relieving symptoms,improving curative of myocardium (P< 0.05 ). Conclusion PI Combined LMWH are safe and effective in treating unstable angina pectoris.
