城郊无地村组集体资产重组问题研究——以江苏省南通市崇川区城东村为例

The Study of the Collective Asset Reshuffle Problemof Suburban Village Groups without Land——taking Jiangsu , Nantong city Chongchuan district as an example

城郊无地村组集体资产数额巨大,如何处置这些集体资产,不仅关系到集体资产的保值增值,而且关系到农民的切身利益,社会的稳定,基层政权的巩固。无地农民集体资产应当进行资产重组,而重组的方式可采用股份合作制。现以江苏省南通市崇川区城东村为例,就无地农民集体资产重组后股份设置的种类、范围、条件、继承及量化测股准则等问题进行了研究。

he suburban village groups have much asset. We should know how to deal with these collective assets, It concernsnot only the maintaining value and adding value of collective asset, but also the direct benefits of peasants, the stabilizationof society, the strengthening of basic governments. The collective asset of suburban village groups should be reshuffled,and stock cooperation may be a efficient way. Now we take Jiangsu, Nantong city, Chongchuan district dongcun villageas an example, we will study the condition, scope, category, inherit of stock installation , and quantification measurestandard after the reshuffle.
