钢激光表面淬火后的固相焊接工艺参数正交试验优化设计 被引量:1

摘要 以基于表面激光淬火预处理的40Cr和T10A钢的固相焊接为研究对象,采用正交试验设计方法科学安排试验过程,研究了焊接工艺参数与接头力学性能的关系。试验结果表明,当采用焊接温度为780℃、保温时间为7.5min,预压应力为56.6MPa的参数组合时,可获得接头最佳力学性能。 As the research object that is the solid-state welding between 40Cr and T10A after surfaces laser quenching, the relation between the welding technological parameters and joint mechanics performance is studied through a series of experiments using the orthogonal experiment method. The results show that the optimum combined factor is welding temperature 780℃, heat preservation time 7.5 min, and pre-pressure 56.6 MPa, which give the optimum mechanical and technological performances and can furnish theoretic and experimental evidence for practical application.
