摘要
本工作研究了复合胶粒核(Ⅰ)、壳(Ⅱ)组分结构和形态的变化以及复合胶粒粒径大小和分布对自交联型丙烯酸酯复合聚合物乳液流变性能的影响,结果表明,当复合胶粒的平均粒径增大时,体系的表观粘度下降,粒径分布对乳液表观粘度的影响与这种分布中一定质量胶粒的表面积大小相关连,胶粒壳(Ⅱ)组分结构和胶粒形态的变化对体系的表观粘度影响较大,该复合乳液体系呈现假塑性流体特征。
The effect of the component structure, morphology, modal diameter and diameter distribution of the composite emulsion particles on the Theological properties of the self-crosslinking acrylates composite polymer emulsion were studied. Experimental results show as follow. The viscosity of the composite emulsion increases as the modal diameter of the composite emulsion particles decreases. The effect of the diameter distribution on the viscosity of the composite emulsion depends on the surface area of one gram composite emulsion particles in this diameter distribution. The morphology and component structure of the shell(Ⅱ) of the composite emulsion particles have significant effect on the Theological properties of the composite emulsion. The behaviour of the composite emulsion is shear thining(pseudoplastic)in that the viscosity decreases with increasing shear rate.
