摘要
本文讨论了两种不同流动性能的中密度聚乙烯输气管材专用料的焊接性能,试验考察了焊接参数对焊接接头拉伸力学强度的影响,确定了适用于这类材料的最佳焊接工艺参数及其变化范围。对于这两种材料的相互焊接性能也进行了试验分析,提出了一条在一定条件下熔融指数乘以热透时间应成为不变量的普适性准则。
This paper discusses welding performance of two MDPE gas pipe materials. The relationship between welding parameters and tensile strength of welds has been investigated,the optimum welding parameters and their varying ranges have been determined and the mutual welding property of the dissimilar PE materials has been studied. A constant product of MF1 value and heat-soaking time probably as process criterion to guarantee a good weld strength has been found.
