大剂量维生素A、K对仔猪肝肾功能影响的研究

Study the Effect of Large Dose of VitA.VitK on the Piglet's Liver and Kidney Function

120头30日龄仔猪饲喂基础日粮1周后,将其随机分为正常对照组,添加VitA组、VitK组、VitA+VitK组,共4组;其日粮组成分别为基础日粮、1kg基础日粮+5000IUVitA、1kg基础日粮+5mgVitk、1kg基础日粮+5000IUVitA+5mgVitK。在4周龄和8周龄末,每组心脏采血10头,检测添加VitA、VitK对肝、肾功能的影响。

After being fed basic feedstuffs for a week, 120 thirty-day piglets were randomly divided into 4 groups(the control group, +VitA,+Vitk,+VitA+VitK group), the feedstuffs were separately following as basic diet, lkg basic diet +5000IUVitA, lkg basic diet+5mgVitk, 1kg basic diet+5000IU VitA+5mgVitk. At the end of the 4th and the 8th week, gathering blood at the hearts of ten piglets in each group to examine the function of livers and kidneys.
