摘要
文章首先论证了管理理念在图书馆信息管理活动中的地位,接着分析了与图书馆相关的三种管理理念:物本管理理念、资源管理理念、知识管理理念,最后提出了图书馆界人士应进一步思考的几个问题。
This paper discusses the status of management thoughts in library management at first,then analyzes the three main management thoughts relating to the library:material management thought?resource management thought?knowledge management thought,and brings forward several questions that people in library field should think about further.
