新城疫病毒的基因分型与分子流行病学 被引量：9

摘要 对新城疫流行以来不同时期基因型的变化和分子流行病学进行了综述,阐明了1926年起源于东南亚的第1次ND大流行是由基因Ⅱ-Ⅵ型引起的;1960年末到1973年的第2次大流行是由基因Ⅴ-Ⅵ型引起的;70年代末后的第3次大流行主要是由基因Ⅵ型引起的;而目前我国流行的NDV毒株既有老的基因Ⅵ型,又有新的基因Ⅶ型流行,更存在我国特有的基因Ⅸ型,特别是基因Ⅶ型在目前的流行似乎已十分普遍。
