知识经济时代,全面推进素质教育是高校人材培养的紧迫任务。高素质人材的培养必须坚持德育为首,做人为本;必须充分发挥学生的主体作用,教师的主导作用,充分调动教与学两方面的积极性。

In the period of intellectual economy,it is the urgent task of training men of ability for colleges and universities to allover promote quality education For training men of ability,it is necessary to uphold taking moral education as the head and conducting oneself as the foundation;give full play to the students'main part action and to the teachers'main leading action,and fully arouse the positive factors of both teaching and learning.
