Liang Qichao is a famous modern bourgeoisie thinker, a statesman and a scholar. He devoted all his life to the progress and development of Chinese society. In his political career, the main feature is 'being changeful'. But 'being changeful' includes many stable factors. His thought of constantly 'being changeful' represents the common characteristics of many bourgeoisie intellectuals in the transitional period.
