On the Evaluation of the Track and Field Sports Meetings Organization and Referee's Works

本文对长期以来存在而又被忽视了的,影响田径运动水平的问题——组织与裁判工作质量,给予系统的研讨。指出评估的基本思想,分析阐述了评估的内容,在此基础上还进行了定量化的研究。

Using a system's viewpoint, this article proposes that the organization of the track and field sports meeting and the referee's works are the track and field competitions. Regarding the track and field level, we must discuss the quality of the organization and referee's works, which is a long-term factor that has been ignored. We have determined the components for research on the basis of analysing fundamental thoughts and elaborating the contents of evaluation.
