全体馆员团结一致、精诚合作 ,积极开拓、勇于创新 ,本着“以人为本、服务至上”的原则 ,配合学校的改革大局 ,研究“经费”、“需求”、“建设”三者的关系 ,统筹规划、需求牵引、持续发展。图书馆实现了五个转变 :馆藏建设实现了藏书楼到信息集散地的转变 ;队伍建设实现了蜻蜓点水到质的转变 ;硬件建设实现了由基本保障到能快速服务的转变 ;管理实现了从传统到现代的转变 ;服务实现了从被动服务到主动服务的转变。

The librarians should unite as one, cooperate sincerely, advance positively and innovate courageously. In the principle of “Service is Paramount Based on Human Beings”, they studied the relationships among “expenditure”, “demand ” and “construction” to plan as a whole, guide by demand_ and make sustainable development according to the reform situation of the University. We have realized five major shifts, the shift from collecting building to collecting and distributing center in library's construction; shift from quantity to quality in faculty's construction; shift from fundamental insurance to rapid service in hardware's construction; shift from traditional to modern management; and shift from passive to active service.
