以创省级“文明学校”为契机 促进图书馆满意服务建设

Taking the Opportunity of Creating Provincial "Civilized University" to Promoting the Construction of Satisfactory Service for Readers in Library

高校图书馆是高校精神文明建设的一个重要窗口 ,本文从图书馆开展满意服务工作的必要性入手 ,论述我馆以创省级“文明学校”为抓手 ,改变过去重藏书 ,轻服务的做法 ;并把创省“文明学校”窗口与满意服务承诺制相结合 ,使图书馆满意服务工作再上一个新台阶。

University library is an important window of building spirit civilization.This paper has expounded on the creation of 'civilized university' by the old act of focusing on collection and ignoring service,starting from undertaking satisfactory service in the library.By taking the combination of creating provincial_level 'civilization university' with the promise of satisfactory service,the library has passed an important benchmark in satisfactory service.
