竹林之名的虚矫和竹林名士的真情——驳冈村繁先生“虚矫”说

The False Name of Zhulin Personages and Their True Feeling ——Response to Professor Okamura Shigeru's Point of View

日本著名汉学家冈村繁先生对汉魏六朝的文学和史学都有精深的研究,在其学术专著中对竹林名士这一特殊时期的文人群体提出了大胆的看法。但其中的某些问题有待商榷。问题的关键就在于:竹林名士的佯狂玩世到底是对黑暗政治的反抗和内心苦痛的表现,还是如冈村先生所言,是轻薄士族名流的虚伪矫饰。

Professor Okamura Shigeru is a famous Japanese Sinologist who has made detailed researches on the Chinese literature and theory from Han Dynasty to Southern Dynasties. He provided some adventurous views on Zhulin Personages who was a special scholar group of a special age. I just have different ideas on the same problem and advance objections in this thesis. In Professor Okamura Shigeru's words, they behaved so just because they were extremely frivolous personages and hypocritically considered to differentiate themselves from others. The essential problem is whether Zhulin Personages pretended to be wildly arrogant and disdain worldly affairs in order to resist the seamy political situation.
