紫花苜蓿旱地宝拌种效应的研究

Study on effectiveness of water conservative on alfalfa land

用 1%～ 5 %旱地宝拌种 ,紫花苜蓿MedicagoSativa成苗数比对照提高 2 6 %～ 5 2 %。以 2 %的浓度效果最佳 ,1月龄和 2月龄株高分别提高 6 6 %和 10 7% ,越冬率提高 16 % ;第 1年鲜草产量提高 12 % ,第 2年提高 19 5 %。但成苗数、株高、分枝数、主根入土深度、根颈部直径、越冬率及鲜草产量与对照之间的差异均不显著 (P >0 0 5 )。

The alfalfa seedling number increased 26%～52% after dressing seeds with 1%～5% water conservative. The height of one-month and two-month plants increased 6.6% and 10.7%, respectively, and winter hardiness enhanced 16%, if dressing with 2% water conservative. The fresh yield of the first and second year raised 12%, 19.5% respectively. However, there was no significant difference in terms of branches, height, tap root depth, neck diameter and fresh yield after winter (P>(0.05)).
