长江流域棉花区试抗性鉴定及育种进展

Progress of Cotton Breeding and Evaluation of Resistibility of Cotton Varieties to Pests and Diseases in Cotton Regional Test of Yangze River valley

2001～2002年,对长江流域棉花品种区域试验的16个参试品种(系、组合)分别进行了抗枯萎病和抗黄萎病鉴定,另对3个抗虫品种进行了抗红铃虫鉴定。抗枯萎病鉴定结果:有2个品种抗枯萎病,占鉴定材料的12.50%;13个品种耐枯萎病,占81.25%;1个感枯萎病,占6.25%。抗黄萎病鉴定结果:有15个品种耐病,占93.75%,1个感黄萎病,占6.25%。抗红铃虫鉴定结果:3个抗虫品种对红铃虫均达到高抗水平。与1999～2000年相比,新品种的抗病虫性有了明显的提高。

In 2001 and 2002, 16 new varieties (strains , cross-pollinated combinations) of Gossypium hirsutum L. were tested for their resistibility to Fusarium and Verticillium wilts and 3 were used to identify the pest resistance to Pink bollworm in the cotton variety regional test of Yangtze River valley .The results showed that 2 expressed disease resistance(account for 12.50%),13 were tolerant(81.25%) and 1 susceptible (6.25%) to Fusarium wilt. 15 were tolerant to Vertillium wilt( 93.75%) and only one susceptible(6.25%). All 3 varieties in the trail of pest resistance expressed high resistibility to Pink bollworm. The percentage of resistant varieties tested during this period was higher than that in 1999 and 2000.
