摘要
本文介绍了当前我国施工企业在海外工程建设市场中对更多的高级项目管理人员的紧迫需求,分析了传统项目人力资源配置模式已经无法适应时代的发展,讨论了一种矩阵式和传统树状结构相结合的企业总部对其海外建设项目的管理模式,通过实施有组织、统一化、矩阵式的管理,以缓解上述问题,提高项目管理水平,文章最后介绍了项目经营成果的可控性的变化曲线,指出公司总部在项目前期参与管理的重要性。
This paper introduces the urgent demands of higher quality and larger num ber of competent project managers which has been bottlenecking the development of Chinese construction firms in the overseas markets, analyzes that the conventional human resources allocation mode can no longer accommodate the current era requirement, it discusses a new mode combining matrix concept and traditional management methods suitable for overseas construction management to overcome the aforementioned problems, improve the project management and hence to conduct organized, unified and matrixing management, It finally presents the curve of effective controllability, indicates the criticality of the early involvement of home office at an early stage of the project life cycle.
