Study on the synthesis and fungicidal activity of N-acyl-N-(2,3,4-trifluoroanilino)propionates

采用重氮化和卤素交换法制备了 2 ,3,4 三氟苯胺 ,然后与α 溴丙酸酯反应合成N ( 2 ,3,4 三氟苯胺基 )丙酸酯 ,再与 7种不同的酰氯缩合制备N 酰基 N ( 2 ,3,4 三氟苯胺基 )丙酸酯。其生物活性试验表明 ,N 酰基 N ( 2 ,3,4 三氟苯胺基 )

2,3,4-trifluoroaniline was prepared by the method of diazotisation fluoration and halogen exchange.It was reacted with α bromopropionate to get N (2,3,4 trifluoroanilino)propionate.N (2,3,4 trifluoroanilino)propionate was condensed with seven acylchlorides to get N acyl N (2,3,4 trifluoroanilino)propionates.The bioassay result showed the compounds had highly fungicidal activity to Rhizoctonia cerealis and Botrytis cinerea in vitro.
