The development and research of Shaanxi estate

早在上世纪90年代,我国已把房地产业正式确定为国民经济发展的新的增长点和居民消费的热点,特别是“国务院18号文件”,进一步将房地产业确定为国民经济的支柱产业。但就陕西而言,在2003年确定的八大支柱产业中,房地产业未列入其中。因此,研究陕西房地产业现状,分析陕西房地产业的优势与劣势,探寻陕西房地产业的发展之路,具有重要的现实意义。

In the 1990s, the real estate has been already confirmed as the new growing point of national economic development and focus of the consumption. Especially' file No. 18 of the State Council', confirm the real estate as the principal part of national economy. But as regards Shaanxi, the real estate has not listed in eight major principal industries of 2003. So, study the current situation of real estate of Shaanxi and analyse the advantage and inferior position of the Shaanxi real estate, seek the way of development of the Shaanxi real estate, have important realistic meanings.
