摘要
目的 培养具有全科护士素质的老年病护理人才,提高老年科护理工作质量。方法 1999年8月～2004年3月对一批在职护士进行专 业理论、操作技能、职业素质等全方位的系统培训。结果 培训后护士的操作技能、理论水平、科研能力显著提高,抢救成功率及病人满意度显 著提高。结论 培养具有老年科全科知识和技能的高素质全科护士,可提高老年科护理工作质量,满足社会需要。
Objective To cultivate nursing personal with comprehensive capability and improve nursing quality in geriatrics department.Metheod Nurses on duty received a systemic and comprehensive training program during Aug,1999 to Mar,2004.Results After training, the nurses’ manipulating skill,theoretical level and research ability had been greatly improved.Success rate of survival and satisfactory degree of patients were promoted. Conclusion It is necessary to cultivate general nurses of high-quality with geriatrics knowledge and skills as so to improve nursing quality and meet the social demands.
