摘要
至今文献报道的纳米金属玻璃体系Fe—C和Fe—M—B(M=Co,Ni等),分别是由Fe(CO)<sub>5</sub>在有机溶剂中的热分解和KBH<sub>4</sub>在水溶液中还原金属离子的方法制成。由于类金属元素的种类对金属玻璃性质至关重要,我们曾用化学还原法制备Fe-P-B纳米金属玻璃体系,并观察到由于加入磷而出现的电子辐照收缩效应。
By changing the initial pH value of the mixture solution of FeSO4·7H2O and NaH2PO2·H2O, Fe-P-B nanometer metglass with different concentrations of P and B was prepared by chemical reduction method. The content of P decreases and B content increases with increasing pH of the mixture solution. Mossbauer experimental results indicate that P and B can influence the magnetic moment of Fe atom to a certain extent, which could be well explained with electron-transfer model.
