摘要
本文比较了早恢402的体细胞无性系与供体亲本、体细胞无性系杂种F1与供体亲本杂种F1在8个谷粒性状上的差异,结果表明:体细胞无性系除千粒重及谷粒厚2性状显著小于亲本外,其余性状与亲本差异不显著;体细胞无性系杂种F1的长/厚比显著大于亲本杂种F1,而谷粒厚则相反。聚类分析将53个体细胞无性系及相应的杂种F1分别聚为4类,R3及R1F2各类别间8个谷粒性状均存在极显著差异。R3与R1F2谷粒性状间的相关性表现也存在一定的差异。
Difference between somatic progenies from regenerated plants and donor parent,F_1 hybrids of somatic progeny and parent on 8 grain characters were compared in this paper.The results showed that among 8 grain characters 1000-grain weight and grain thickness of somaclonal line were significantly lower than that of donor parent,while length/thickness ratio of the grains of somatic hybrids was significantly larger than that of parent hybrid,but their grain thickness was significantly lower than ones.Cluster analysis based on 8 grain characters data showed that 53 R_3 generation and 53 R_1F_2 generation could be classified into four classification,respectively,among which difference of the 8 grain characters were significant at 1% levels.There were also different in correlation coefficient among the grain characters for both somaclonal variation progenies and their F_1 hybrids.
