摘要
对原生于广西的31份野生毛葡萄花粉进行电镜扫描、萌发等系统研究。毛葡萄雌雄异株,雌能花花粉无萌发沟和萌发孔,培养不萌发,属于败育花粉。雄能花花粉为三沟孔型,培养能萌发,但在萌发率、萌发速度、花粉管长度等性状上存在较大差异,在生产上要加以选育并按一定比例间种雄株作授粉树。不能单纯地从形状、畸形率或I KI染色来判断花粉的可育性。广西毛葡萄花粉呈圆球形,较小型,与其他报道有显著差异,由此推测可能是另一个不同的种群。
31 kinds of pollen of Vitis quinquangularis Rehd.in Guangxi was observed by scanning electron microscope,and the pollen germination was tested in vitro.The result showed that Vitis quinquangularis Rehd.was gonochorism.The pollen of female functional flower was lack of germ furrow and apertures,and could not germinate.In the other hand,the pollen of male functional flower could germinate,but there were significantly different in rate of germination,growth rate and the length of pollen tube.So it was necessary to plant some male plant in production.The fertile pollen could not be recognized with shape and the rate of anomalous pollen or the test of I-KI dyeing.The pollen grains of Vitis quinquangularis Rehd.in Guangxi was sphereical and smaller,which was different from that reported before.
