摘要
本文从温度、营养、酸碱度等方面研究了尖顶羊肚菌(Morchellaconica)一个菌株(A401)菌丝的培养学特性及后期菌核产生状况。通过观测各种条件下菌丝的长速、生长势、菌核特征等内容,从而探讨该菌株的最佳室内培养条件。试验结果表明:该菌株在5~30℃都能生长,35℃则基本不生长,15~20℃是最适生长温度范围。营养试验的6种供试碳源都能利用,其中以浓度为2 0%的葡萄糖与蔗糖最优;6种供试氮源除NH4NO3和NH4(SO4)2生长很差外,其余4种氮源都适合其生长,尤其是浓度为0 4%的酵母粉和蛋白胨等有机氮源更适合该菌株生长。酸碱度试验结果表明该菌株适宜在弱酸性至中性的条件下生长,其最适pH为5~7。
The biological characteristics of Morchella conica were reported in this paper.The results showed that the optimal temperature and pH for the mycelial growth of M.conica were 15-20 ℃ and 5-7,respectively,the appropriate carbon sources and nitrogen sources for the mycelial growth of M.conica were glucose, sucrose,peptone and yeast powder,respectively, and the mycelia grew most weakly in (NH_4)_2SO_4 or NH_4NO_3 medium.
