摘要
花脸香蘑菌丝能较好利用葡萄糖、蔗糖、可溶性淀粉、玉米粉等多种碳源和蛋白胨、麸皮、酵母粉等多种氮源。菌丝体在供试的20～25℃和pH6 0～8 0的范围内生长良好,经发酵的培养料优于未发酵的培养料。
The result showed that L.sordida could utilize glucose,sucrose,soluble starch and corn meal C-sources as well as peptone,wheat bran ,yeast meal N-sources.The mycelium could grow under 5-15 ℃and pH6.0-9.0 condition.It also showed that the fermentative medium was more suitable for L.sordida mycelium growth.
