摘要
介绍了大间隔采样积分控制方法在具有纯滞后特性的皮带配料系统中的应用,讨论了在实际应用中需要考虑的几个问题.理论分析和仿真结果表明本文所介绍的方法具有不需精确对象模型、对滞后时间参数具有一定鲁棒性等特点.金川选矿厂皮带配料系统的实验数据也表明了本方法的有效性.
The application of the large interval sampling integral controller for conveyer belt system with time-delay is introduced in this paper. Several practical problems are discussed as well. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the design of the controller doesn't need precise model and the controller has some robustness to the time-delay parameter. The experimental data have showed that this method is effective for conveyer belt system in Jinchuan Mill.
