摘要
采用层次分析理论(AnalysisHierarchyProcess,简称AHP方法)与Delphi相结合的方法对潜艇的作战能力进行了科学评估,不仅可以为潜艇的作战使用提供指导,也可为潜艇的改进和发展提供量化依据.
The submarine operation capability is evalualed scientifically with the combinated method of analysis hierarchy process(AHP) and delphi in the paper. It can provide not only the direction to the operalional use of submarine, but also the quantitative basis of improvemcnt and development of submarine equipment.
