摘要
根据黑杨萎蔫叶片挥发性物质的组成,研究了10种单一组分和15种混合组分的样品对鳞翅目成虫的田间诱集效果.结果表明,单一组分的样品诱蛾活性很小,最大诱蛾量只有杨树枝把的11.7%;而混合组分的样品诱蛾效果明显提高,其中以含有苯甲醛、水杨醛、苯甲醇和苯乙醛的样品诱蛾量较大,如棉铃虫第1代成虫期,样品K对棉铃虫的诱捕量为杨树枝把的56.52%,第3代成虫期对棉铃虫和烟夜蛾的诱捕量为杨树枝把的66.67%,诱蛾量为杨树枝把的81.82%.在诱集到的棉铃虫和烟夜蛾中,平均雌蛾率达59.2%.第4代成虫期,样品U对夜蛾类的诱集量为杨树枝把的3.02倍.
The attraction to moths of 10 compounds and 15 mixtures were studied based on the volatile constituents of withered black poplar leaves. The results showed that single compound had less attraction to moths, trapping only (11.7%) of moths caught by withered poplar branches (WPB). While the attraction of mixtures increased evidently. Samples containing benzaldehyde, 2-hydroxy-benzaldehyde, benzyl alcohol and benzeneacetaldehyde revealed higher attraction, for example, during the period of adults of cotton bollworm generationⅠ, the adults caught by sample K was 56.52% of that by WPB, and during generation Ⅲ, the adults of both cotton bollworm and tobacco budworm trapped by K was 66.67%,for all kinds of moths,the number was up to 81.82%. Among cotton bollworm and tobacco budworm trapped, the average female rate was 59.2%. During generation Ⅳ, the number of Noctuidae adults caught by sample U was 3.02 times of that caught by WPB.
