摘要
对金叶女贞、紫叶桃、紫叶李和紫叶小檗等不同彩叶植物叶片中的叶绿体色素含量进行了测定.结果表明,金叶女贞单位重量叶片中各种色素含量均低于小叶女贞,叶绿素含量(a+b)与类胡萝卜素含量的质量比值仅1 90:1,远小于小叶女贞的质量比值5 17:1;金叶女贞叶绿素a/b的比值显著大于其他植物,但叶绿素a,b和花青素含量却很低;紫叶桃叶片中各类色素含量均高于绿叶桃.紫叶桃、紫叶李和紫叶小檗3种紫叶植物中,紫叶桃含有的叶绿体色素最多,但花青素含量最少;紫叶小檗与紫叶桃正好相反,叶绿体色素含量较少,而花青素含量最高.紫叶李居于二者之间.最后讨论了彩叶植物叶片中色素含量与叶色变化的关系.
The contents of pigments in the leaves of several color-leafed plants such as Ligustrum vicaryi, Prunus atropurpurea, P.cerasifera and Berberis atropurpurea have been determined.The resutts show that all kinds of contents of pigments in the leaves of L.vicaryi are lower than that of L.quihoui per unit weight, and the ratio per unit weight of chlorophyll (a+b)/ carotenoid is only 1.90:1, which is far lower than that of L.quihoui 5.17:1. The ratio per unit weight of chl. a/b of L.vicaryi is the highest of all the kinds of contents of pigments, but each of the contents of chl.a, b and anthocyanidin in it are the lowest. All the contents of pigments in the leaves of P. atropurpurea are more than that of P.duplex. The content of chloroplast pigments in the leaves of B.atropurpurea is lower but the anthocyanidin content is higher. Of the three purple-leaf plants-P.atropurpurea,P.cerasifera and B. atropurpurea, the highest content of chloroplast pigment is in the leaves of P. atropurpurea while its anthocyanidin content is the lowest.The opposite is true with the Berberis atropurpured and Ligustrum vicaryi.P.atropurpurea is in the middle of the three plants. It finally discussed the relationship between the content of pigments in the colorful plants leaves and the color of leaves.
