摘要
利用春羽的茎段和茎尖在MS+BA1.5mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L+KT0.5mg/L培养基上先诱导出芽,再通过增殖培养基MS+6-BA3mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L不断继代增殖,最后在培养基1/2MS+NAA0.5mg/L诱导生根形成完整植株。
Buds were induced on MS at the presence of BA 1.5 mg/L + NAA 0.5 mg/L + KT 0.5 mg/L by using the stem fragments and shoot tips of Philodendron selloum as explants. Rapid propagation was carried out by transferring the intersected shoots on MS + BA 3 mg/L + NAA 0.2 mg/L. Plantlets with roots were obtained from the propagated shoots which were transferred onto the rooting medium, 1/2MS + N AA 0.5 mg/L.
