摘要 炭疽菌引起的潜伏侵染病害在果蔬上普遍存在。笔者以2种重要的炭疽菌(Colletotrichumgloeosporioides和C.musae)为例,综述了炭疽菌主要以附着胞、侵染钉或菌丝潜伏在寄主的角质层下、表皮细胞间;寄主的表面结构、营养物质、抗菌物质、酶类物质以及激素是引起炭疽菌潜伏侵染的主要因素。并简要说明了潜伏侵染与采后病害防治的关系。 Collectotrichum is one of the most important genera of plant pathogen fungi with latent infections which occur commonly on fruits and vegetables. In t he case of C. gloeosporioides and C. musae, appressorium, infection peg and subc uticular hypha which are mainly latent in the cuticle and peel of the immature f ruit are the key quiescent structures; the host surface structure, nutrition, an tifungal compounds, enzyme and hormone are the major infection factors that lead to the latent infection. Effect of the latent infection on postharvest disease control is summed up as well.
