摘要
研究了不同季节日光温室内光温环境变化及其对黄瓜根系和植株硼吸收分配的影响,结果表明:温室内的光温环境冬春茬较秋冬茬符合黄瓜生育要求,冬春茬根系体积增加较快,根系活力逐渐上升,秋冬茬根系体积增加缓慢,根系活力逐渐下降。黄瓜对硼的吸收量和吸收强度,冬春茬明显高于秋冬茬。植株硼的分配以向叶中为主、根中最少,且冬春茬明显高于秋冬茬。生产上应依据环境和植株生育期调整硼素的供给。
The change of light and temperature in solar greenhouse of winter-spring and autumn-winter crops of different seasons and its influence on cucumber roots as well as the uptake and distribution of Boron were studied in the article. The results indicated that the light and temperature in winter-spring was more beneficial to cucumber growth and development than in autumn-winter. In winter-spring cucumber root volume increased more quickly and the vitality of root increased gradually, autumn-winter root volume increase slowly and the vitality of roots gradually descended. Uptake amount and intensity of Boron of cucumber in winter-spring was also obviously higher than in autumn-winter. Distribution of Boron in different part of cucumber in winter-spring was higher than in autumn-winter, with dominant tendency to leaf and lack to roots. Application of Boron should adapt to the environment and plant development stages in practice.
