摘要
以黄金宝玉亮丝草植株带侧芽的茎段为外植体进行组织培养和离体快速繁殖,在MS培养基中添加不同浓度的BA以促使侧芽萌发生长,结果表明较低的BA浓度(1.5 mg/L)有助于丛生芽的诱导;增殖培养基以MS+BA2.5 mg/L+NAA0.05~0.1mg/L的效果最好,每月增殖倍数可达4.1.幼苗转入1/2MS+NAA0.2~0.5 mg/L的培养基中即可生根.
Tissue culture of shoot segments with side buds of Aglaonema commutatum cv.'Golden Jewelry' were studied in present paper.Treatment with different concentration of 6-BA was attempted for adventitious shoot induction.Lower concentration(1.5 mg/L) of BA was suitable.MS+BA2.5 mg/L+NAA 0.05~0.1mg/L was better for buds proliferation with the proliferation coefficient 4.1every month. Seedling transferred in 1/2MS medium with 0.2~0.5mg/L NAA could root normally.
