摘要
烟草细胞培养是获得辅酶Q10的一条有效途径。在黄花烟草细胞株培养过程中,对生物量、总糖、辅酶Q10的含量进行监测,建立起在烟草细胞悬浮培养过程中细胞生长、蔗糖消耗、辅酶Q10生成的动力学方程模型,各方程曲线与实验点拟合较好,相关系数均达到99%以上。
Cell culture is a promising way of CoQ10 production. The cell growth, total sugar content, CoQ10 content were monitored in tobacco cell cultures . As results, the kinetics of cell growth, sucrose consumption and CoQ10 production were established, the model could preferably fit the experimental data with a high relative modulus above 99%.
