Pushing forward the Process of Developing Rural Areas in West China

全面建设小康社会是今后20年全国人民共同的奋斗目标。由于我国是一个农业大国,没有农民的全面小康就不可能有全国人民的全面小康。要在我国落后的农村社会,实现全面小康的难度是很大的,而西部农村的小康建设难度更大,必须采取切实有效措施以促进小康进程。

Building a well-off society is the goal which Chinese people are striving for. If the well-off society cannot come true in rural areas, it is impossible to build a well-off society in an all-round way because China is an agricultural country. We should take effective measures to push forward the process of building a well-off society in rural areas in west China.
