论高校教师的基本素养

On Essential Qualities of Teaching Staff in Institutions of Higher Learning

本文阐述了目前高校教师中存在的问题,提出了市场经济条件下高校教师应该具备的基本素养即教学素养、研究素养、关系素养。认为,只有不断提高我国高校教师的基本素养,才能适应新时期高等教育发展的需要。

This paper analyses the problems in teaching staff of institutions of higher learning and points out the essential qualities that teachers should have: the qualities of teaching, researching and dealing with interpersonal relations. Only if the qualities are strengthened, can they cater to the development of modern higher education.
