精密电阻分压器测量误差的频率特性

The Frequency Characteristic of Measuring Error of Precsison Resistance Dividers

分析了脉动分量和杂散参数对带屏蔽的电阻分压器测量误差的影响,导出了误差与分压器结构参数的关系式,通过模拟计算得到了误差随一些参数的变化曲线,提出了减小误差的措施。结果表明,合理的结构设计能够显著地减小误差。

The effects on the shielded resistance divider of pulse ripple componentand stray parameter have been analysed in this paper. The relation between error and constructional parameters and deduced. Calculation, the relation curves of error with some parameters wereo btained. It was proved that the reasonable construction design can reduce error obviously. Finally, some methods to reduce error were presented.
