摘要
分析了导致增压器机油泄漏的主要原因,提出了检测涡轮增压器密封结构的3种试验方法,即密封环的高温松弛试验、增压器的静态泄漏特性试验和增压器的动态泄漏特性试验。
Lubricating oil leakage of vehicle turbochargers is a serious problem when turbocharger manufactures consider products reliability and durability. Causes of turbocharger oil leakage are discussed and three test methods of turbocharger seal are proposed. The three methods are high temperature relaxation test of piston ring, static turbocharger and working turbocharger leakage measurement. The three methods are expected to be effective to solve the oil leakage problem.
