摘要
在国际上首次提出了高速数字记录仪动态特性校准的新方法——指数波试验,其主要优点在于在一次试验中可同时进行动态特性校准和冲击刻度系数的校准,确定静态下输出数据的分布,并能获得数字仪冲击测量误差的信息。因此,指数波试验是综合数字仪现行的直流电压,正弦波、斜角波、方波和冲击波等试验的主要作用的多功能试验,为数字仪冲击测量误差的计算提供了重要依据。
A new method for dynamic performance calibration of digitizers, an exponential wave test, is presented first time in the world. Its principal merits are conducting calibrations of dynamic performance and impulse scale factor, determining static output data distribution, and obtaining information related to impulse measurement errors of digitizers simultaneously in one test. Therefore, the exponential wave test is a multi-function test comprehending main functions of present d.c., sine wave, triangle wave, step and impulse tests for digitizers, and provides essential basis for calculation of impulse measurement errors of digitizers.
